Camp Group Photo Order

Photo cost: $8.50
Photo size: 4R (4”x6”)
Group photo is taken on the last day of the camp during the prize-giving ceremony.
The group photo will include campers from the individual group and not the whole camp.
Absentees will not be included in the photo.
Payment made is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
The photo will be posted to your Singapore residential address via registered mail within 3 weeks after the camp.

Camp Transport (subject to availability)

Camp transport is available at a cost of $65 per camper.
Estimated pick-up timing :

Pick-up : Between 7.15am to 8:30am
Drop-off: Between 6.00pm to 7.30pm

1) By providing my information above, I hereby consent my child/ward to participate in Raiders Of The Lost Temple.

2) I understand that whilst utmost care will be taken by the organiser, I shall not hold the organiser responsible for any personal injury to my child/ward due to unforeseen circumstances.

3) The camp fee does not include items/gifts given during the camp. The organiser will not reserve items/gifts for campers who are absent on the day of the event.

4) I acknowledge that payment for the camp is non-refundable and non-transferable.
